Meet Nancy W. Gallagher

Nancy W. Gallagher is the Director of the Center for International and Security Studies at Maryland and a Research Professor of Public Policy. In 2000, she was the executive director of the Comprehensive Test BanTreaty Task Force and worked with the special advisor to the president and the secretary of state on recommendations to build bipartisan support for eventual U.S. ratification.
