- USPS Economy Mail (US only) - $5.00 for the first book, $2.00 for each additional book
- Priority Mail – price based on weight and distance
- UPS – Price based on weight, distance, and speed
- FedEx – Price based on weight, distance, and speed
- Postal International (outside the US) – price based on weight
- Other Flat Rate options may be available.

Shipping prices are estimates based on items available for immediate shipping. Not-yet-published and back-ordered items will incur additional shipping costs when they are available.
Special Instructions
- Please allow up to 15 business days for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
- UPS requires a physical street address. (A PO Box or campus box number alone is insufficient.) Please select Residential or Commercial based on your shipping address.
- Other international shipping options, including FedEx International may be available, and quotes are available on request.
