Alena Jones joined Hopkins Press in 2022 after many years in book buying and operations at the Seminary Co-op Bookstores in Chicago. In addition to regularly freelancing as an editor for a range of authors, she has worked at the University of Chicago Press and at Spoonbill and Sugartown Books in Brooklyn.
